Proper posture on the bike is one of the pre-requisites to being comfortable on the saddle on long rides and able to achieve sustainable peak performance. But what does a good posture on the bike look like? What can you do off-the-saddle to get your body ready to sustain good posture on longer rides?
Join us to experience a unique indoor cycling session with both on & off saddle activities and learn from bio-mechanics expert Chris Csak tips and exercises that are practical and ready to be integrated into your cycling practice as the outdoor season is about to start.

Logistics: Session will start at 5:00pm sharp. So please plan to be on-location at 4:45pm for sign-in and change. Bring athletic or cycling gear; MTB/Spin cycling shoes or running shoes (no road shoes). Bikes, towels, water bottles and showers are provided.
